PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a printing condition constant to facilitate setting of the condition, increase yield in a grid mounting process, and enhance productivity by making the size and the shape of conductive paste for fixing a leg part of a grid constant and changing the number of patterns according to the size of the foot part. SOLUTION: A screen plate-making frame is constituted by affixing a stainless steel thin plate to a frame, changing the number of screen patterns according to the size of the leg part 23 independent of the size of a leg part 23 of a grid 20, in a rectangular shape having the same size and shape. By using this plate-making frame, conductive paste 15 for fixing the leg part 23 of the grid 20 is printed in a specified position on a through hole 19 for wiring an insulting layer 14 on a glass substrate 10 and the grid, and the grid 20 is arranged on the specified positioned so that the specified leg part 23 locates on the conductive paste 15, and baking is conducted. The printing condition such as printing pressure or paste viscosity can be made constant, the setting of the condition is facilitate, and defectives cam be reduced.
