An electrical terminal (40) for interconnecting electrical modules (10) in a stacked arrangement includes a U-shaped body (42) having first, second and third connecting portions (48, 50, 52). The first connecting portion (48) is adapted to be electrically connected to a circuit of a circuit board (102). The second connecting portion (50) is a blade and the third connecting portion is a receptacle contact (52). Upon disposing the terminal (40) in a terminal receiving passageway (26) of a module (10) with the first connecting portion (48) electrically engaged to a circuit board (102) therein the second and third connecting portions (50, 52) are available for being mated with complementary connecting portions (52, 50) of adjacent modules (10) in a stacked arrangement.
