摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To give a more advantageous state to a player and to make realizable a game abundant in interest by changing the maximum start memory number for starting the game of a variable display device in response to a game state. SOLUTION: A viable display unit for a video game (e.g. shooting game) is installed at near the center section of a game region, and the number of the prescribed characters (e.g. missiles) of the video game is added to the upper limit number every time a short game ball passes through passing gate switches 8-10. The result of the video game on the variable display unit is judged or a shooting condition signal is outputted to a shoot control device 200 by a generator control device 100. Passing ratios of the passing gate switches 8-10 are calculated, and the maximum number of items of stored game random numbers extracted when the prescribed condition is met is changed in response to a game state. The advantage given to a player is further increased, and the interest property is enhanced.
