PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a cost, to improve operational quietness, and to realize maintenance free by connecting a hydraulic cylinder device to drive fittings, driving the fittings to be opened/closed, and supplying fluid pressure to the hydraulic cylinder device by a manual pump. SOLUTION: Air pressure is supplied to a cylinder chamber of a pneumatic cylinder device 7 by passing through a pressure hose 25, a manual pilot actuating check valve 23 and a pressure hose 21 from a manual pump 27 by hand-push operation or foot stepping operation of the manual pump 27. Thus, the pneumatic cylinder device 7 extends, and rotates almost upward with a pivot 3 as the center so as to spring up a skylight 1 by the extension of this pneumatic cylinder device 7 to open the window. The air pressure supplied to the cylinder chamber is held in a sealed state by the pilot actuating check valve 23 so that the skylight 1 maintains a window opening state in opening according to air quantity supplied to the cylinder chamber. |
