摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To irradiate a zigzag hole pattern formed on a mask in correspondence with the opening profile of a plate to be machined entirely utilizing the energy of laser light efficiently by splitting the laser light in correspondence with the hole pattern before being passed through the mask. SOLUTION: A shift member 61 arranged on the incident side of a mask 36 is formed by jointing two refraction plates 61a, 61b of different thickness alternately and the shift of incident laser light is set by the thickness thereof and the inclination angle of the laser light. Consequently, rectangular beams B split by the refraction plates 61a, 61b surely irradiate a large number of circular openings 36a arranged in zigzag while being shifted in the widthwise direction of the mask 36. Since all circular openings 36a can be irradiated without enlarging the beam shape laser light depending on the widthwise shift of the circular openings 36a, lowering of energy density per unit area of laser light can be eliminated.</p>
