PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lay rails directly on the ground and to simplify installation and removal by affixing a rack to the upper face of a main rail, fitting a fin protruded to the side to the main rail, and fitting a float preventing tool entering below the fin to a drive unit. SOLUTION: A driving roller set 7 provided on a main rail 4 side and a rolling roller set on an auxiliary rail 5 side are connected by a connecting member 9 to form a drive unit 2, and the drive unit 2 is fitted to a vehicle frame 1 by a fitting joint 10. A rack 6 is affixed at the upper face center of the main rail 4. Flanged wheels 12 are provided on both sides of a pinion 11 engaged with the rack 6. A fin 30 protruded to the side is fitted to the main rail 4, and a float preventing tool 31 entering below the fin 30 is fitted to a bracket 14. When floating force is applied to the vehicle frame 1, the roller 34 of the float preventing tool 31 abuts on the fin 30, and the flotation of the vehicle frame 1 is restrained to prevent fall off of a wheel.
