SOLUTION: This cosmetic contains water which is separated from one or more vegetables selected from tomato, carrot, spinach, cabbage, green pepper, lettuce, celery, beet, turnip, radish, burdock, pumpkin, eggplant, and cucumber in a process for concentrating the vegetables, in stead of tap water or ion exchanged water.
