PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hanging tool conformable to the size of a heavy matter without damaging or deforming it by constituting a link mechanism from a hanging bar, a plurality of parallel suspending arms formed by rotatably connecting the ends of two auxiliary arms, and mounting an L-shaped attachment having a curvature radius side plate on the suspending arms. SOLUTION: A plurality of (for example, two) hanging arms 11 is vertically linearly formed, and one-side ends of two auxiliary arms 12, 13 are rotatably connected thereto by pinning. The other ends of the auxiliary arms 12, 13 are rotatably connected to a hanging bar 14 by pinning to constitute a link mechanism. An L-shaped attachment 15 having a bottom plate of a fixed with and a side plate having a circumferential curvature radius is mounted on each suspending arm 11. According to this, when a heavy matter 18 is separated from the ground, for example, the hanging arms 11 are regularly moved in parallel to the hanging bar 14, and the attachment 16 can surely grasp the heavy matter 18 in surface contact without damaging it.
