PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a polypropylene resin foamed sheet having excellent secondary processability and a high closed-cell ratio, the foamed sheet obtained by this method and a molded object molded from the foamed sheet. SOLUTION: A polypropylene resin, an isoprene monomer and a radical polymn. initiator are melted to be kneaded and a foaming agent is introduced into the resulting mixture under pressure to be kneaded therewith and the obtained compsn. is extruded to a low pressure zone from a mold having an annular slit while cooled to continuously perform the modification of the polypropylene resin and extrusion foaming to obtain a foamed sheet. This foamed sheet is thermoformed to obtain a molded article.
