PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow the transmission of power to be readily changed from a driving shaft to a following shaft in an agricultural working machine for carrying out a plowing operation or a mowing operation by normally or reversely rotating a rotary operating part. SOLUTION: A change gear box 4 has a driving shaft 24 for receiving power from a PTO shaft of a tractor and a following shaft 25, arranged in the front and rear direction in parallel, and change gears 26 and 28 are installed in the rear end sides of both the shafts 24 and 25 so as to be insertable and replaceable. Further, an idling gear 31 is installed in the rear end sides of both the shafts 24 and 25 and the front sides of the gear widths of the change gears 26 and 28 in the agricultural working machine attached to the rear part of a tractor through a three-point link hitch structure so as to be freely lifted and lowered, and for carrying out the plowing operation or mowing operation by normally or reversely rotating a rotary operating part having many plowing or mowing blades arranged around a horizontally extended rotary shaft by receiving the power from the PTO shaft of the tractor to the change gear box 4. The power is transmitted from the driving shaft 24 through the idling gear 31 to the following shaft 25, or transmitted from the driving shaft 24 to the following shaft 25 by directly engaging both the change gears 26 and 28 by replacing the change gears 26 and 28.
