摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To safely execute training with excellent efficiency by moving a superior limb while correcting the movement orbit of the superior limb which is supported in a hanging state to move along a target orbit displayed in a display device. SOLUTION: A superior limb training support system 10 is provided with a superior limb training device which hangs and supports the superior limb 12 and is moved by the will of a patient, a computer for setting the target orbit K to train the superior limb, the display device for displaying the orbit K on a screen and a posture detecting sensor for detecting a wrist position and an arm direction in the superior limb 12. A detecting signal detected by the sensor is amplified by an amplifier, it is converted into a digital signal by an A/D converter, the actual movement orbit is calculated by the computer to display it on the screen of the display device, it is fed-back to the eyesight of the patient, the number of a decay coefficients of a damper device and a force for preventing the movement in a coming-off direction is fed-back to execute training.
