PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a resin composition which does not form hydroxyl groups when used in a reaction of curing epoxy groups and can give a cured product excellent in electrical insulation properties, etc., by incorporating an epoxy resin, a di- or tri-aryl ether of s-triazine, and a curing catalyst therefor. SOLUTION: This composition comprises an epoxy resin, an s-triazine di- or tri-aryl ether, and a curing catalyst therefor. The curing catalyst is desirably a quaternary onium salt such as tetrabutylammonium chloride, trimethylbenzylammonium bromide, trimethylbenzylammonium borate, or tetraphenylphosphonium chloride; a crown ether complex such as 18-crown-6/ potassium phenoxide; a tertiary amine such as 1,8-diazabicyclo[5.4.0]-7-undecene, 4-(N,N-dimethylamino)pyridine, or triethylamine; and a tertiary phosphine such as triphenylphosphine.
