PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jointing device capable of surely jointing a first and a second framework members, following the joint angle of both members. SOLUTION: A first joint fitting 1 is constituted by connecting upper regulating pieces 8, 8 and lower regulating pieces 9, 9 relatively to both vertical ends of a fitting piece 7 so that the upper regulating pieces 8 are placed inside and above the lower regulating pieces 9. The first joint fitting 1 is protrusively fastened to the side face of a first framework member 3 through the fitting piece 7. A cylindrical connecting cylinder part 14 of a second joint fitting 2 fastened to a second framework member 4 is placed on recessed arcuate upper edges 10, 10 of the lower regulating pieces 9, 9, passing between the upper regulating pieces 8, 8 of the first joint fitting 1, in an engaging cutout 16 formed at the end face of the second framework member 4. The connecting cylinder part 14 is pivotally fixed to the end of the second framework member 4 through a fitting cutout 11 or a through-hole provided at the upper regulating piece 8.
