THE MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR BLACK PLATE WITH EXCELLENT WORKABILITY AND ANTI FLUTTING

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing black sheet having superior processability and fluting resistance is provided to produce a tin plate having superior aging resistance in the annealing temperature range of 620 to 680deg.C by controlling its constitution and addition ratio thereof so that the tin plate has fluting resistance and stretcher strain resistance in roll-forming operation. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method of black sheets comprises the process of soaking an Al-killed steel comprising C 0.02-0.06wt.%, S 0.012wt.% or less, B 0.001-0.003wt.%, N 0.001-0.003wt.%, Mn 0.10-0.40wt.%, Al 0.03-0.06wt.% wherein the atomic ratio of B/N is 0.6-1.5, the atomic ratio of Al/N is 7.0-15.5 and the atomic ratio of Mn/S is 8.5-15.0 in the temperature range of 1200 to 1250deg.C; hot coiling in the temperature range of 620 to 700deg.C after finish hot rolling at right over Ar3 transformation point ranging 860 to 900deg.C; cold rolling at a reduction ratio of 85 to 90%; and then continuous annealing in the temperature range of 620 to 680deg.C.
