APPARATUS FOR TESTING PRACTICAL SATELLITE

PURPOSE: An apparatus for testing a practical satellite is provided to test a command processing function of the practical satellite appropriately for the C.C.S.D.S(Consultative Committee for Space Data Systems) protocol by using a basic data from a command driving computer. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus(1) for testing a practical satellite includes a command data input part(11) for processing a basic data from a command driving computer according to a predetermined reference protocol format, a parallel/serial converting part(13) for converting the command data from the command data input part to a serial data, an encoder(16) for generating an error correction code corresponding to the serial data from the parallel/serial converting part, a data synthesizing part(15) for assigning an error correction code from the encoder by a unit frame of the serial data from the parallel/serial converting part, a waveform converting part(17) for converting a waveform of the serial signal from the data synthesizing part according to the reference protocol format, and an output selecting part(19) for processing the serial signal from the waveform converting part to output a transmission command corresponding to each channel of the practical satellite.
