PURPOSE: A multi-call device using a multi-call terminal is provided to arrange a call combiner, a speech path selection button and a call combiner selection button, so as to enable multilateral conference. CONSTITUTION: An exchange(13) forms a speech path for multi-call mobile terminals according to requested calls. Selection switches(BT1,BT2) connected with the exchange(13) selects necessary lines in lines corresponding to the speech path according to user's selection, to set up calls. An operation switch(BT3) turns on or off a call combiner(15) according to user's selection. D/A(Digital-to-Analog) converters and A/D converters respectively convert digital/analog signals into analog/digital signals transmitted and received through the selected lines, according to an operation of one of the selection switches. A handset(16) is arranged. And the call combiner(15) forms a single speech route with the handset(16), or forms a conference speech route with selected lines, if a switch is turned on by the operation switch(BT3).
