PURPOSE: A human body leaning preventing device prevents a driver leaning to a crash pad or a steering wheel, and prevents the injury of the driver when a crash happens. CONSTITUTION: A human body leaning preventing device comprises a rear seat passenger sensing member(10), an electromagnetic control unit(20), a relay switching part(30), a solenoid type seat locking release member(40) and a seat leaning member(50). The rear seat passenger sensing member(10) disposed at a rear seat cushion operates jointedly for sensing the sitting condition of a rear seat passenger. The electromagnetic control unit(20) controls to prevent a driver in a front seat leaning according to the operating condition of an air bag and the sitting condition of the rear seat passenger when a crash happens The relay switching part(30) switches in relays to provide some power according to the control operation of the electromagnetic control unit(20). The solenoid type seat locking release member(40) releases a locking to lean the front seat backwards according to the power provided when the relay switching part(30) is operated. The seat leaning member(50) rotates and leans the front seat backwards according to releasing locking by the seat locking release member(40). Therefore, the human body leaning preventing device prevents a driver leaning and prevents the driver's injury.
