摘要

PURPOSE: A secretion restrainer for an airway mucus is provided to achieve a better control over excessive mucus secretion, thereby taking away a great deal of pains from patients and a helpful treatment of associated diseases. CONSTITUTION: The airway mucus secretion restrainer comprises polypeptide having poly cations. The polypeptide is either poly-L-lysine or poly-L-arginine. Also, the polypeptide is comprised of more than 14 monomers. The polypeptide having poly cations are useful especially for restraining mucus secretion within a safe limit if there is no sign of cell toxicity, consequently controlling on excessive mucus secretion and thereby relieving a great deal of pains from patients who suffer from excessive mucus secretion.
