PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pasteurizer, which can easily treat liquids, even when their resistivity varies, by applying a pulse voltage of given waveform or the like to the pasteurization section. SOLUTION: This pasteurizer is equipped with a pasteurization section 10 in which a liquid 2 is pasteurized and pulse power source 18 which applies thereto a pulse voltage Vf. Two resistors 40 for adjusting impedance, arranged in parallel, are connected in parallel to the pasteurization section 10 via a switch 42 for each resistor 40. |
