PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a laminate having excellent solvent resistance without odor from a support by forming a support of a polyethylene terephthalate resin or a modified polyethylene terephthalate resin having a specific thickness. SOLUTION: A support is formed of a polyethylene terephthalate(PET) resin or a modified PET resin. A thickness of the support is normally in a range of about 1 to 10 mm. In the case of providing an adhesive on the support, the support is coated with a composition solvent for an adhesive layer in a predetermined thickness, and then removing the solvent. As a coating method, spraying or the like can be used. As a photosensitive resin composition used as a photosensitive resin layer, a soluble polymer compound (e.g. a polyvinyl alcohol), a photopolymerization initiator (e.g. a benzylmethylketal) or the like is used. When manufacturing the laminate, the composition is laminated on the PET resin obtained by providing the adhesive layer by a method such as, for example, hot pressing, laminating or the like and the modified PET resin support.
