PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate work for fixing sleeve materials in a beam channel in which a beam reinforcement is inserted. SOLUTION: A spiral duct 30, on both sides of which suspension units 32 are mounted is held on a beam reinforcement 16 and then a reinforcement support 14 supporting the beam reinforcement 16 is removed for inserting the beam reinforcement 16 in a beam channel 13 in a beam form 12. After a fixing plate 38 for the suspension units 32 is fixed in position on the upper face of a slab form 10 with nails 42, concrete is placed in the beam channel 13.
