PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably travel a reach fork-lift truck at a slippery place by vertically moving forks along masts, providing a steering rear wheels driven by a drive motor at the rear section of a vehicle body, and rotating front wheels with motors stored in right and left reach legs. SOLUTION: This reach fork-lift truck is provided with a pair of right and left reach legs 4 at the front lower section of a vehicle body 3, and masts 5 are provided slidably longitudinally along the reach legs 4. A driving and steering rear wheel 20 is provided at a position slightly near the left side from the center of the right and left below the rear section of the vehicle body 3, the rear wheel 20 is driven by a drive motor 2 stored in the vehicle body 3, and the drive motor 2 is controlled by a main controller 21 stored in the vehicle body 3. Front wheels 23 are provided at the front ends of the right and left reach legs 4, and the front wheels 23 are rotated by motors 24 supported on fitting frames 25 fixed on the right and left outer sides at the front sections of the reach legs 4.
