PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the horizontal positioning performable at a short time and enhance the fixing effect with an adhesive. SOLUTION: A lens-burrel supporting member 18, which supports a lens-burrel 5 that includes inside an objective optical system, has a cylindrical part 18A that has a cylindrical peripheral shape. A supporting body 15, which has a mounting hole 15A that is for fixing into cylindrical part 18A, is set on the tip end part of endoscope 14. A belt-like convex part is set on the inside face of mounting hole 15A of supporting body 15, and a groove part is formed on the outside face of another lens-burrel supporting member 18, then, these are used as a direction of rotation positioning means. By engagement of the convex part and the groove part, it is easy to do horizontal positioning and the fixing effect is enhanced.
