PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a working device of a construction machine capable of reducing the collision of earth or the like with an angle sensor. SOLUTION: In this working device of a construction machine, a recess 22a is formed on the end face 22b of front pin 22 provided in a boom 3 and the case 21a of an angle sensor 21 is disposed in the recess 22a and further, a flange 218 projecting int the axial direction of the input shaft 21b so as to surround the input shaft 21b while avoiding the movable range of a lever 23 is protruded from the case 21a. The protruded length of the flange 218 is made larger than the protruded length of the input shaft 21c in particular to enhance the protective function by the flange 218 for the input shaft 21b.
