PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make securable the usability for a user and also the protection of a rightful person by copying the information by means of a sound recorder which cannot perform the copy processing as long as the payment is not confirmed after the user paid his/her copying charge and the data confirming this payment are stored in a memory. SOLUTION: The copy processing is carried out by a sound recorder which cannot copy the information as long as the payment is not confirmed after a user paid his/her copying charge and the data confirming this payment are stored. An end user terminal 102 is connected to an information copy accounting center system 101 when the data are transferred to the system 101 via the communication circuits 108, 109 and 119 to prove that both accounting processing and payment processing are over to the copy processing. The terminal 102 and an end user sound recorder/reproducer 103 reads and stores a large capacity memory 114 as the information copying destinations to hold the copying side information storing the payment end proof data. |
