PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a multilayer ceramic substrate that can smoothly peel and remove a contraction suppressing layer to provide a superior surface property. SOLUTION: This multilayer ceramic substrate manufacturing method comprises a process of forming a composite laminated material 1 formed by laminating glass/ceramic green sheet, a process of providing the contraction suppressing layers 2a, 2b to suppress contraction in the plane direction of the composite laminated material 1 during the baking period, a process of baking the composite laminated material 1 and contraction suppressing layers 2a, 2b under the sintering period of the composite laminated material 1 and a process of accelerating with the compressed air an aqueous solution, in which alumina gains are dispersed and removing the compression suppressing layers 2a, 2b by blowing the compressed air. |
