PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform straight reciprocating motion stably even if it is downsized. SOLUTION: A displacement mechanism part 12 is made by providing a support 13 made by segmenting a drive plate 1 with a piezoelectric element 14. A spacer guide 13 is arranged between the drive plate 1 and a tension plate 2, and the tension plate 2 supports, at four points, a sliding face 21 by suspension structure 22, and gives pressure to an actuator 4. The actuator 4 pressure- contacts with the displacement mechanism 12 by being inserted into a piezoelectric actuator 100 in setup condition. Applying frequency voltage to the piezoelectric element 14 in this condition will oscillate the displacement mechanism 12, and bring it into contact with the actuator continuously, whereby the actuator 4 shifts. |
