PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily change an attaching position, without detaching an intercom from a wall or the like by providing an adjuster for connecting the intercom and the wall or the like with an elastic part and sliding the adjuster to the intercom. SOLUTION: An intercom 1 is provided with a guide rib 14 equipped with recessed parts 11-13, an adjuster 2 can hold the intercom 1 in a state of matching a projecting part 21 of the adjuster 2 to the respective positions of the recessed parts 11-43 of the guide rib 14 of the intercom 1, and the adjuster 2 is fixed on the surface of the wall with a screw 3. The adjuster 2 is provided with an elastic part 22 capable of bending the projecting part 21. Thus, since the adjuster 2 bends the elastic part 22 from the state of fitting the projecting part 21 to the recessed part 11, the projecting part 21 can be moved to a state of being fitted to the recessed part 12 and a state of being fitted to the recessed part 13 along the guide rib 14, and the attaching position of the intercom 1 can be changed without detaching the intercom from the wall or the like.
