PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a data base system capable of easily extracting and revising one or plural records requested by one or plural users. SOLUTION: At the time of receiving a data extraction request and a revision request from a client terminal 30, the data base system accesses a data base consisting of records having fields as items. At the time of receiving table data extraction request information from the terminal 30, the system judges whether table, field and line data can be changed/revised or not on the basis table revision information, field revision information and line revision information which are individually managed and transmits the judged result to the terminal 30.
