<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar battery device which can be applied freely to various solar battery generation system. SOLUTION: For a solar battery panel 1, a plurality of solar battery elements 11 and so on are enclosed between a reinforced glass board 10 on light reception side and a metallic reflection plate 14 on rear side. A sheet-shaped capacitor 2 is stuck to the rear side of this solar battery panel 1, and the metallic reflection plane 14 constitutes a part of the electrode of the sheet-shaped capacitor 2, and this solar battery device is provided with an aluminum plate 15 which serves as the other electrode of the sheet-shaped capacitor 2 with this metallic reflecting plate 14 via an electrolytic paper 16.</p> |
