SOLUTION: This system is provided with an ordering terminal device (terminal) 10 to be installed at a seat 30 for an audience at a stadium, etc., and a host to be installed at the controlling section of stands in the stadium. The terminal 10 is a device for executing the display and ordering operation of articles which can be ordered and is provided with a display 11, a recording medium 12, a microphone 13, a speaker 14, etc., the host is provided with a display, a recording medium, a printer for outputting the section of the seat 30, a seat number, the name of article, the number of articles, etc., for delivering, and a speaker for outputting voice information, etc., from an ordering person. Then, the audience can obtain a desired article by ordering from the terminal 10 of the seat 30 at a desired time without moving and a sales person can efficiently provide.
