PURPOSE: A method for fabricating an insulator line is provided to have excellent mechanical and thermal stability by using rayon which has advantages of nylon and glass fiber while overcoming disadvantages thereof as a core of an insulator line. CONSTITUTION: A core line(12) is prepared by collecting a number of rayon fiber strands to a winder. A heating line is spirally wound around the core line(12). A portion of wool(16) are externally protruded from the heating line(14) even after winding. The wool(16) are eliminated by heating. The wool(16) are minute so that they can be cleaned when heated with fire even in a few seconds. After cleaning the wool(16), an insulating material is extruded to coat the heating line(14) the outer periphery while the heating line(14) is wound around the core line.
