Multiple-pole, especially three-pole, high voltage (HV) circuit breaker

A high-voltage (HV) circuit-breaker has at least two breaker--poles each of which has at least one interrupter unit (4-6) whose driven switch-contact (7-9) is actuated via a switch- rod (10-12) by means of a common drive (13) such that time-delay closure of at least two breaker-poles results between the interrupter units (4-6) during a closure action. The switch-rods (10,12) of the second and/or third breaker-poles (3,1) are exclusively joined to the breaker-drive (13) by means of spring-elements (20,21,53) compressing during a closure action and expanding against after contact-making.
