PURPOSE: A system and method for operating an inverse community are provided for storing a member information DB and a service providing company information DB that want to provide a certain product or service to a member and inverse community service. CONSTITUTION: A user(100) having various preferences and characteristics is connected with a consulting center(400) through the internet(300). A member information such as job, hobby, etc. is inputted. The registered member logs in a web site. A member information management module(204) of an operation server of the consulting center classifies the member information formed when the user registers into the groups and stores into the member information DB(212). A service providing company(200) provides a material with respect to the provided service to a service providing company management module(206) of the operation server(400) based on the online method and analyzes the question and contents of the service and stored into the service providing company(214).
