PURPOSE: A sound cutoff bottom materials for car which is able to decrease the interior noise of car by appropriately cutting off the noise from the outside through the bottom plane of the car and a method for preparing thereof are provided. CONSTITUTION: The sound cutoff bottom materials for car comprises: (i) a fibrous materials layer comprising fiber; and (ii) a cutoff materials layer which is adhered to the lower part of the fibrous materials layer and comprises a mixture of a synthetic resin and a filler. The method comprises steps of: (i) extruding the cutoff materials layer; and (ii) laminating the fibrous materials layer on the upper side of the cutoff materials layer being transferred.
