PURPOSE: An internal combustion engine having movable cylinder structure is provided to accomplish an improved output of an engine and increased rotation torque of crankshaft. CONSTITUTION: An internal combustion engine in which a piston pin is removed so as to prevent energy loss caused by a phase difference between a piston(5) and a connecting rod(6) during a process of converting a reciprocation of the piston into a rotational movement of the crankshaft, and a cylinder(4) is not fixed to a main body of the internal combustion engine so as to allow the proceeding direction of the piston and the connecting rod to correspond to each other. The cylinder pendulates centering from a cylinder fixing pin(10) as an axis, thus improving rotational power output of a crankshaft.
