PURPOSE: A multipurpose umbrella is provided which is good for preventing accidents at night by using a fluorescent ribs and a lamp and asking for help in emergency by using signal flares. CONSTITUTION: A multipurpose umbrella is characterized by being comprised of: signal flares in a top(1) of the umbrella; a switch(5) and a battery installed in a grip(6); an electronic wire in the umbrella rod; a lamp(4) at the end part of the umbrella; and a ribs(3) coated with fluorescent material.
