PURPOSE: A song accompaniment device having a song practice function is provided to make a user easily learn a user-selected song, and objectively checks an enhancement of a song ability of user. CONSTITUTION: A key input part(10) outputs a song selection signal and a song practice key signal according to a manipulation of a user. A system memory(20) has a system program for initializing a song accompaniment device and controls an operation of the song accompaniment device. A song information storage part(30) has a voice, image and accompaniment sound data needed to an operation of the song accompaniment device. If a song practice key signal is input by a user, a controller synchronizes a singer's voice data having a signal level being initially set from the song information storage part. Accompaniment data from the song information storage part is input to a midi sound source module, and is converted to an accompaniment sound, and the accompaniment sound is generated. A video data from the song information storage part is processed, and is output to a video display device. If a microphone signal according to a user's singing is beyond audio data of a singer having an initially-set signal level, a magnitude of a singer voice signal is automatically reduced from the initially-set level in an inverse-proportion. The accompaniment sound from a midi sound source module and a voice data from a voice signal magnitude regulator are mixed by a first synthesizer(70).
