The ring consists of two elastic parallel bars connected at the ends by a hinge. Both bars (14,16) have integrated hinge parts. The bars are of spring steel, an elastically deformable plastic with high restoring force, or a highly elastically deformable plastic with fiber reinforcement. The bars have integral fastening brackets (13,15), for connection to stationary/moveable parts of the holder. Adhesive layers of a rubber-elastic material covers the whole length of the bars, the ends of the brackets connected to the bars, and the hinge parts.
