PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcing structure for a structure, capable of suppressing the concentration of stress. SOLUTION: Lounge materials 3 are attached to the respective surfaces 1a and 2a of ship bottom inner and outer plates 1 and 2 and, on the surface of a transformer material 4 provided between the inner and outer plates 1 and 2, a reinforcing belt-like plate 5 is attached by welding such that its middle portion is formed to a pair of parallel straight lines, and both ends near the ship inner and outer plates 1 and 2 is formed to be semicircular.
