PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin composition which has various characteristics such as chemical resistance, extrusion moldability, vacuum moldability, impact resistance and appearance in excellent balance and is useful for chemically resistant-extrusion molded products, and to provide a sheet product comprising the same. SOLUTION: This thermoplastic resin composition comprises 100 pts.wt. of a resin composition comprising (A) a rubber-reinforced styrenic resin and (B) a vinyl cyanide-based copolymer, (C) a vinyl cyanide-based copolymer which is obtained by copolymerizing (1) an aromatic vinyl-based monomer with (2) a vinyl cyanide-based monomer and has a weight-average mol.wt. of >=5,000,000, (D) an ethylene/(meth)acrylate ester/carbon monoxide copolymer, and (E) anα-olefin oligomer and/or an ethylene-α-olefin cooligomer. The vinyl cyanide-based copolymer B is obtained by copolymerizing a mixture comprising at least two monomers selected from (1) aromatic vinyl-based monomers and (2) vinyl cyanide-based monomers and (3) other vinylic monomers capable of being copolymerized with the monomers.
