PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the subject traveling change gear structure capable of stably moving a machine body when a paddy field working vehicle goes over levee or unloads onto a load-carrying platform by arranging two speed change gears for traveling in series and providing a specific speed reducing means. SOLUTION: This traveling change gear structure arranges a first speed change gear 8 for traveling and a second speed change gear for traveling having low speed position giving a traveling speed lower than a speed at operation traveling position in paddy field in series and provides decelerating means for operating the first speed change gear 8 for traveling to low speed side in interlocking with operation of the second speed change gear 8 when the second speed change gear for traveling is operated to low speed position. At this time, it is preferably to provide a setting means 31 which freely can set the decelerating means in operative state.
