PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a curing agent composition capable of obtaining epoxy resin cured products excellent in compressive properties. SOLUTION: A curing agent composition contains a norbornanediamine/epoxy adduct and a polyoxyalkylene amine. As the mixing ratio of these substances, the polyoxyalkylene amine is preferably used in an amount of about 1-10 pt.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. norbornanediamine/epoxy adduct. A method of using this curing agent composition includes a reinforcing method which comprises, first, mixing an epoxy resin with this curing agent composition to obtain an adhesive; second, coating the adhesive on the surface of a material to be reinforced; third, laminating a fiber sheet thereon; fourth, further coating the adhesive on the side of the fiber sheet to almost completely impregnate the fiber sheet with the adhesive; and finally, curing the adhesive to firmly reinforce the material to be reinforced.
