PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the generation of casting blow hole by preventing the entrapment of the air at molten metal injection. SOLUTION: In a nozzle body 11, a pressure chamber 26 is arranged. When the pressure in the pressure chamber 26 is raised, a molten metal valve 60 is shifted and the flowing passage in a nozzle base is closed. Then, the nozzle body 11 and a product forming part 10' become in a vacuum state and the molten metal valve 60 is opened with the injected molten metal, and the molten metal is filled and solidified into the product forming part 10' without entraping the air. |
