PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently start image recording without complicating photographic work. SOLUTION: After confirming finish of preparation for photographing such as a photographing range, a photographing position, focusing, the injection of fluorescent agent is instructed and a timer switch 8 is operated to start clock with this timing. At the time of detecting the start of clocking by the operation of the switch 8, a control means controls an image recording means 10 to be in a moving image recording state and sets an image pickup means to be in a moving image reading state to start reading a moving image. At the same time, information clocked by a timer means is sent to an image control means, which converts this information to image information to send to the means 10 together with the image sent from the image pickup means.
