PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To build a building in a short period of time at a low cost by coupling exterior wall materials and interior wall materials to a frame body made by jointing together frame members having a sufficient building strength. SOLUTION: A frame body is formed by installing in one united body vertical frames 11, lateral frames 12, stiles 13, rails 22, and brace members 14 with machine screws. And outside of a frame body, exterior wall boards 15 are secured with machine screws B, the inside of the frame body is covered with interior wall boards 23 with machine screws B, and a two-stage brace panel 30 of sheet metal construction is formed. During construction work, anchor bolts such as hold-down type bolts are installed in foundation concrete. Moreover, on the foundation, two-stage brace panels 30 of sheet metal construction are provided through anchor bolts, and exterior walls and partitions are constructed. In this way, the building can be built in a short period of time at a low cost. |
