PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coffee producing device which is capable of leveling off pulverized coffee beans and obtaining a layer having an approximately uniform thickness. SOLUTION: The pulverized coffee placed on a supplying surface 15 is leveled off in order to obtain the layer having the approximately uniform thickness by a structurally simple and applicable method in the coffee producing apparatus having an extracting means 5, the supporting surface 15 for the pulverized coffee beans and a means for applying water to the pulverized coffee beans. The aperture is provided with means 22, 24 and 25 for guiding the water in a deliberately nonuniform state onto the pulverized coffee beans in such a manner that the pulverized coffee beans are distributed to the layer having the thickness approximately uniform over the supporting surface 15 for this purpose. |
