PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rotate a rotary shaft at high speed without imposing load on bearings by arranging a rotary member between the rotary shaft and a non- rotating part, providing a bearing between the rotary shaft and the rotating member, and providing a bearing between the rotating member and the non- rotating part. SOLUTION: A rotating member 12 is arranged between a rotary shaft 10 and a non-rotating part 14. A bearing 16 is arranged between the rotary shaft 10 and the rotating member 12. A bearing 18 is arranged between the rotating member 12 and the non-rotating part 14. When the rotating member 12 is rotated along with the rotation of the rotary shaft 10, the relative speed of the rotary shaft 10 and the rotating member 12 is a value obtained by subtracting the rotation peripheral speed of the rotating member 12 from the rotation peripheral speed of the rotary shaft 10. For example, the rotary shaft 10 is rotated at 30,000 rpm and the rotating member 12 is rotated at 15,000 rpm. For example, the rotary shaft 10 can be rotated at 30.000 rpm using the bearings 16, 18 of the rotation peripheral speed 15,000 rpm. |
