摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform remarkable energy conservation by guiding a hydraulic oil to a pressure reducing chamber of an expanding or contracting structure in a mold clamping device through a hydraulic circuit from a hydraulic pressure generating mechanism driven by a rotary motion of a servo motor, pressurizing the oil by an output rise of the motor, and controlling a mold clamping force. SOLUTION: A bladder of a hollow hydraulic pressure chamber is formed of an elastic material. A hydraulic oil pressurized and controlled by a hydraulic oil generating mechanism 10, a hydraulic pressure circuit 30 and a control system is fully filled in the bladder. A servo motor is operated from a mold open state, and a movable mold is brought into contact with a fixed mold. Then, the bladder is expanded by a pressure action of the oil sealed in the bladder. Then, the bladder presses a back surface of a slide insert, slightly moves the fixed mold to the movable mold side through a pressurizing plate, and a mold clamping force is operated between the movable mold and the fixed mold. In the case of opening the mold, the pressure of the oil sealed in the bladder is gradually lowered to reduce the clamping force.
