PURPOSE: Structure of an incinerator is provided to burn waste completely by connecting a multistage combustion chamber to an exhaust pipe guiding flow of air actively. CONSTITUTION: A combustion chamber is composed of a first combustion chamber(10), a second combustion chamber(20), and an auxiliary combustion unit(30). The first combustion chamber has structure of a common incinerator. The second combustion chamber is isolated from the first combustion chamber in the upper part of the first combustion chamber. An exhaust pipe penetrates the upper part of the second combustion chamber, and a snail type combustion space(23) of the second combustion chamber forms vortex flow. The combustion space has a shutoff wall(21) to apply vortex to combustion gas. The swirl is formed from the shutoff wall to the lower part of the exhaust pipe. The auxiliary combustion unit is connected to the lower part of the shutoff wall at the side of the first combustion chamber. The amount of air is adjusted according to the combustion, and the counterflow of flame is controlled at putting the waste with installing a control valve(31), a third burner(32) and an air injection pipe(33) in the auxiliary combustion unit.
